CHILDREN’S ORTHODONTICS
NHS Brace Treatment is free of charge to children under 16 who meet the criteria for orthodontic work as set down by the Department of Health.
Your dentist will refer your child to Manor Orthodontics if he or she feels an orthodontic assessment is desirable.
Waiting lists are long, and you should expect to wait up to a year for an initial assessment.
A minor problem, which does not qualify for NHS treatment, will not affect the dental health of your child, but it may affect his or her confidence. Such children may be offered private treatment.

PRIVATE BRACE TREATMENT FOR CHILDREN
Choosing to fund orthodontic treatment for your child is a big decision, and we know it can be costly.
That’s why we’ve teamed up with a leading finance company to enable you to spread the fee, so that your child could have beautifully aligned teeth for just 15 monthly payments of £120.
Your child may be referred by your dentist, or you can contact us directly, using the on-line self-referral form or call 0116 266 1470.
